Rates and stays

Rates & Rental Terms

La Casona is always rented on an exclusive-use basis, ensuring maximum privacy for guests.

In July and August, the price is €5,900 per week for groups of up to 16 guests. The minimum stay is one week, from Saturday to Saturday.

During the rest of the year, rates are based on groups of up to 12 guests. For groups of 13 to 16 guests, a supplement of €30 per person per night applies.

  • Public holidays: €850 per night (minimum stay: 4 nights).
  • Mid-season: June and from 1 to 15 September. Two-night weekend: €1,900. Full week: €2,500, (minimum stay: 2 nights).
  • Low season: all other dates. Two-night weekend: €1,700, (minimum stay: 2 nights).

What does your stay include?

Arrive and unwind immediately. We provide La Casona fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable start to your stay:

  • Kitchen: You’ll find basic essentials such as salt, sugar, spices and washing-up liquid.

  • Bathrooms: All the bathrooms in the house are fully stocked with high-quality hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.

  • Exteriors: Full use of the property, the gardens, the veranda and the private parking area.

  • Winter Heating: During the winter season, heating is charged according to usage. We measure the liters consumed during your stay and apply the current market price. This ensures you only pay for the energy you actually use to keep the house at your preferred temperature.

  • Deposit: €600 for all types of contracts, payable in cash upon handover of the keys or by bank transfer together with the second instalment.

  • Payment method: Upon booking: 25%; the remaining 75% is due 15 days before the arrival date.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 45 days before check-in to receive a full refund of all fees paid.
